This is one of those recipes where I found a version online and just modified it a bit. It turned out really well, so I figured I’d post it here for those of you that like to try and make sense of my rambling recipes.
There was some lamb on sale today at the store, so even though I’ve never cooked lamb before I decided to give it a whirl. This is a compilation of several recipes on the web, so not quite original, but the end product went well, so I wanted to share. I would imagine that this would work as well with beef as it did with lamb. If you shop wisely this could be a fairly inexpensive and filling recipe.
